C/D? The error points towards permissions, so if the user can’t submit a support request, it’s probably because they’re not in the global admin role required for that action.

C/D? The message looks like it’s about permissions rather than the account or license itself, so I’m thinking the user might not have the right admin role to submit support tickets. If it were about the company’s support plan (Premier), I’d expect a clearer note on that. So probably C is more likely since global admin role usually has all support rights.

D/C? I agree Mobile Apps is about apps, so that’s out. Device Configuration and Compliance focus on policies, not OS counts, so A and B don’t fit. Devices blade definitely lists the devices and their OS types. I’m pretty sure it shows at least the OS family (like Android, iOS, Windows), which meets the question’s need to determine how many devices run each OS. So no change needed if it said Devices instead of Mobile Apps.

Mobile Apps is definitely the wrong place for OS info, so A and B seem off too. But does Devices give a full OS breakdown or just basic counts? That part’s still fuzzy to me.

This one’s a bit tricky to judge just from the image. The statements seem focused on Microsoft Defender Advanced Threat Protection features, but some of the wording feels a bit vague or overlapping. Like, the one about being able to view standalone alerts separately-depends on how you look at it technically. Overall, they expect you to know specific functionality inside MS Defender ATP console rather than general concepts. Not sure if all the Yes/No options fully capture the nuance here or if there’s some room for interpretation based on settings or versions.

A/C? If the problem’s with Azure AD auth, RMS for individuals might help bypass that, but upgrading to AIP for Office 365 could also add necessary decryption rights for your account.

I get why C is popular, but I’m wondering about scalability. If the company grows really fast, org-wide teams might get cluttered or overwhelming. Maybe option D could give more control by grouping employees strategically instead of everyone in one team. That might actually help optimize interactions by making chats more relevant rather than just throwing everyone together. Could be worth considering if they want a more manageable approach long term.

I’m with the crowd on A and B being true—they’re pretty foundational statements about cloud security. For C, I’m not convinced because it seems to assume all cloud setups have the same capabilities, which isn’t always the case. D is too narrow; it talks about a specific service feature that might not apply universally, so I’d say no there. If the question isn’t explicitly about one cloud provider, D feels off. Overall, going by general principles makes A and B safe bets, while C and D need more context to be confidently marked yes.

I agree that D seems too narrow since it talks about a specific service. I’d say A and B are true because they match basic cloud security concepts, but C feels off as it generalizes too much.

Some scenarios might mention collaboration, but if they don’t specify a team or group setting, OneDrive is safer for personal file storage. Also, if there’s anything about calendars or mailboxes, Exchange Online fits best. For cases focused on teamwork and shared document libraries, SharePoint stands out. I’d drop Teams only if the scenario talks about chat or meetings explicitly. So a quick check: no chat or meeting = probably not Teams; shared files for groups = SharePoint; single-user files = OneDrive; email and calendar = Exchange. That helps clear things up without overthinking it.

If a scenario involves email communication, Exchange Online is the obvious choice. For anything about document collaboration in a shared workspace, SharePoint fits better than OneDrive.

B imo, since Azure AD is definitely about authorization and RBAC at the tenant level, which helps isolate access. E also makes sense because isolating mailbox databases by tenant would add a strong security boundary. A seems legit too since BitLocker is commonly used for encrypting data at rest on servers. C is off because TLS protects data in transit, not at rest, so that can be dropped. D feels wrong because Azure AD doesn’t really operate at the transport layer for access control. F contradicts the isolation principle, so it’s unlikely they mix mailboxes from different tenants in the same d

Maybe D, B, and E? B and D both mention Azure AD providing authorization and RBAC, but at different layers. I think Microsoft really focuses on Azure AD to control access at the tenant level and also at the transport layer to secure communications. E seems right because isolating mailboxes per tenant in Exchange Online is a good way to protect data in a multitenant setup. A sounds okay but BitLocker is more about disk encryption, not really tenant-level protection. TLS in C is more about data in transit, so that’s probably out.

It’s B and C for me too. Bookings definitely hooks into Teams to set up virtual meetings easily, and SMS notifications are a nice touch to keep clients reminded without relying solely on email. A doesn’t sound right because phone call notifications aren’t really a built-in feature here, and D is out since Yammer isn’t connected to Bookings for meetings. So B and C seem like the best fit based on what Bookings offers.

D imo, the Office Deployment Tool is definitely the way to go for customizing installs, so D makes sense. Also, E works since users can self-install if they have licenses. B and C use MSI which isn’t compatible here.

I’d say No for the statement about one-time purchase since Office 365 ProPlus is subscription-based, so you don’t get to keep it forever with a single payment. Also, the part about personal use being free doesn’t add up—this is licensed for business use, so it’s definitely not free for individuals. The update statement should be Yes because with the subscription, you get continuous feature updates, not just security patches. The renaming to Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise matches what I’ve seen in official docs, so that’s a straightforward Yes.

I’m doubting B since these terminals sound like they’re not cloud-managed devices. WSUS (A) is a safer bet to control updates without extra subscription fees, which fits the cost and stability needs better.
