D/C? I agree Mobile Apps is about apps, so that’s out. Device Configuration and Compliance focus on policies, not OS counts, so A and B don’t fit. Devices blade definitely lists the devices and their OS types. I’m pretty sure it shows at least the OS family (like Android, iOS, Windows), which meets the question’s need to determine how many devices run each OS. So no change needed if it said Devices instead of Mobile Apps.

Mobile Apps is definitely the wrong place for OS info, so A and B seem off too. But does Devices give a full OS breakdown or just basic counts? That part’s still fuzzy to me.

D The device count by OS is definitely in the Devices blade, not Mobile Apps. Mobile Apps is more for app management, so D fits better here.

Isn’t the device count info usually under the Devices blade, not Mobile Apps? So maybe it’s D instead of what’s underlined?
