Maybe B, since the Scrum Master and Product Owner can join but aren’t required to attend daily.

B imo, the Development Team is the core group required since they’re the ones doing the work and coordinating daily. Scrum Master and Product Owner attend only if needed, not mandatory.

C imo since the Daily Scrum is mainly for the Development Team to coordinate, but the Product Owner’s input can be crucial for clarifying priorities or answering quick questions on the spot. The Scrum Master’s role is more about ensuring the meeting happens smoothly, not necessarily attending every day. A and E don’t fit because the Product Owner or Scrum Master aren’t mandatory attendees. D is too broad since stakeholders aren’t usually part of the Scrum Team, and they definitely don’t have to be there. So for must-attend it’s really just the Development Team, but including PO can help.

E imo, the Scrum Master often facilitates but doesn’t have to be there every day, so B still makes the most sense as the must-attend group. The Product Owner’s attendance is optional too.

Maybe B, since only the Development Team actively participates for progress updates.

B. The Scrum Guide specifies the Daily Scrum is primarily for the Development Team to inspect progress and plan work. Scrum Master and Product Owner can attend but aren’t required, so B fits best.
