It’s B because if that feature isn’t enabled, making two separate contact records is the only way to show the contact working at multiple accounts without merging accounts.

A, keeps data clean without duplicates or confusion.

C imo, merging accounts wouldn’t make sense since they’re distinct entities. Better to either link with the feature or keep separate contacts based on what’s allowed.

A imo, the feature exists to avoid duplicates and link one contact to multiple accounts.

B. Even if Contacts to Multiple Accounts is enabled, creating two separate contact records can sometimes be necessary if the roles or details differ significantly between the two accounts. It avoids confusion and keeps each contact-account relationship clear. Also, merging accounts (C) doesn’t make sense here since the accounts are clearly different entities. So B feels like the safest bet if you can’t confirm the multiple contacts feature is active or if the contact’s details vary by account.

Probably B here since if Contacts to Multiple Accounts isn’t explicitly enabled, creating two separate contact records is the straightforward way to link them to different accounts.

It’s definitely not C since merging Accounts would mess up the data. Also, option B creates duplicates, which can cause confusion and extra work down the line. So A makes the most sense because it lets you link one Contact to multiple Accounts cleanly without duplication. The question seems to expect you know about that feature being enabled or at least the best practice approach here.

A/B? If the feature is off, you can’t link one Contact to multiple Accounts, so you'd have to create two Contact records. But ideally, A makes more sense for a cleaner setup.

Is this about standard Salesforce Contacts? Because as far as I know, Contacts can only be linked to one Account unless you enable the Contacts to Multiple Accounts feature. So, should we assume that feature is enabled or not?
