C/E? Finding out new pain points through discovery (C) and then backing it up with strong case studies (E) seems like the best way to get them interested in more use cases.

A imo, because showing outcomes tied to their challenges feels key. But C might be needed too to really understand if they have other pain points worth addressing? Would just guessing work here?
